Jennifer Mayer is a trial lawyer whose practice includes criminal and civil litigation. In her criminal practice, she provides zealous advocacy to clients facing criminal, white collar criminal, and government investigations during the pre-indictment, trial, appeal, and post-conviction phases. Her experience spans from misdemeanor matters to felony offenses such as drug trafficking, assault, murder, fraud, and money laundering. She has been a member of the Criminal Justice Act felony panel in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland and an Attorney Advisor with the U.S. Department of Justice. Her civil litigation experience includes divorce, child custody, estate litigation, and commercial contract disputes. She has been recognized by Superlawyers and National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys. She practices in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
